Returns & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have the legal right to cancel your purchase and return your ordered products within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify JIYU JDM of your unequivocal decision by contacting our customer care department via email or registered post prior to the expiration of the 14-day window.

Because DailyPrime dietary supplements are ingestible health products, specific health protection and consumer hygiene conditions apply under Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

To ensure swift and accurate processing of your return, follow these straightforward steps:

1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your original order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference and complete return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the unopened items securely in their original carton with adequate cushioning.
4. Dispatch the package to our verified returns facility at the address below.

Unless the product delivered was defective or dispatched in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Once your returned package is received and inspected by our quality control department, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds are credited back exclusively to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Under French statutory warranties against hidden defects and legal warranties of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, JIYU JDM will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including all shipping expenses.
